Theatre Manager 2nd National Conference

Proctors is proud to announce and host the Theatre Manager 2nd National Conference.  As an arts and entertainment complex in downtown Schenectady, New York, Proctors is an ideal location for the 4-day agenda. The event is aimed at employees and volunteers utilizing some or all of Theatre Manager for box office, marketing, patron development, accounting, volunteer management, web sales and scanning.  Doug Easterbrook and other Arts Management staff will present relevant topics.

Based on past experience the core element of the conference will be to facilitate breakout roundtable discussions to informally share questions, ideas and suggestions.  Many will be repeated giving organizations the ability to attend multiple topics.
 
The conference fee is $450 (organizations sending 3 or more people qualify for discount pricing), availability is limited to 80 people on a first come basis. Purchase during our Early Bird registration period for $350 until April 1. The fee includes all breakout sessions, meals (except Monday evening) and one admission to the opening night of Broadway's Cabaret, performed in Proctors flagship MainStage venue. Proctors has negotiated special nightly rates at three walking distance hotels: Hampton Inn ($144), DoubleTree ($159) and Stockade Inn ($119.95).
