Customer Service Agent in Proctors Box Office. Qualified individual(s) will possess excellent customer service, phone, and general computer skills; needs to be motivated, creative and able to provide office support in a fast paced work environment. The Customer Service Agent is a professional, front-line position responsible for implementing patron and ticketing services of a busy box office for a major regional performing arts center; helping with walk-ins and patrons through phone and internet.
Full-time positions require flexibility in scheduling and will involve working some evening and weekend hours.
Part-time positions may require up to 20-30 hours per week and involves frequent weekend & evening work.
May be able to accommodate seasonal staffing. Please inquire if interested.
