To Place an Order

To order for Proctors School Day Performances or iLearn Giant Screen films please call 518-382-3884 ext. 139. On-line ordering is also possible, proctors.org/education/order_form, please enter all information as requested. 
Advance registrations are required for all group orders. 

The minimum size for a group order is 10 people. Orders under 10 must be paid in full at the time of purchase by calling Proctors Box Office at 518-346-6204. 


Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis 

We understand that you may have to estimate admissions needed. However, final ticket counts are required no later than 45 days prior to the event.

PAYMENT

  • Accepted by check, cash, or most major credit cards, and is due no later than 30 days prior to show date.
  • There is a $2.00 per order handling fee. 
NOTE: This fee is $5.00 for all non School Days, and iWerks orders.
  • All reservations not paid by the 30-day deadline will be cancelled and seats will be released for purchase by other schools. 

  • Purchase Orders will be accepted no later than 30 days prior to show, and payment for seats reserved must be received no later than 30 days before the event. Lack of payment or PO within 30 days before a show will result in cancelation of order. 


  • Please notify Proctors when placing an order if using BOCES funding (See BOCES Policies at bottom of page.) 
  • Proctors will email your invoice promptly after placing an order. If you do not receive it, notify Proctors immediately (518-382-3884 ext. 139), since this may mean you do not have a confirmed reservation. Check school spam filter. 


  • Orders placed less than 30 days out require payment in full. This is required and must be received prior to show date.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS 


  • Cancellations must be in writing and sent to Gail Wilson at gwilson@proctors.org or via mail: 432 State Street, Schenectady, NY 12305.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be made after the 30-day deadline.
  • The teacher making the reservation is the contact person and is responsible for assuring that payment is made by the deadline. He/She is also responsible for accurately reporting the final count of admissions needed 45 days from show date.
  • We cannot accept the lowering of numbers after the 45-day deadline. Changes in count after final payment is received will not be refunded. NOTE: For all non School Days, and iWerks orders changes after 45 days will receive no refunds and additional tickets are to be paid at time of reservation.
  • Additional tickets must be paid for at time of reservation if less than 30 days to show date.
  • 
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee seating for additional students if the show is sold out, although we will make every effort to accommodate additional attendees when space permits. It is also important to remember to reserve seating for all teachers and chaperones as well as students. 

Every attendee must reserve a seat. For sold-out performances, this is especially important. 


SEATING: (The establishment assigns seating)
Assignments are based on: 


  1. When the reservation was made. 


  2. Age of groups attending and accessibility needs. 

  • 
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a seat. 

  • 
Groups are escorted to their seats by the Ushers. 



SPECIAL NEEDS
Proctors accommodates mobility, hearing and visually challenged patrons to the best of our ability. 

Please advise Proctors of special needs when the order is placed so we can make arrangements prior to your arrival. 

Certain performances are interpreted for the convenience of guests who are hearing impaired. 


BUS & PARKING AND DIRECTIONS

NOTE: Below are only policies related to tickets that will be paid by BOCES. Policies below may be the very similar to the above policies and must be read carefully.

  • Any changes in count after the 60 days prior to show, school will be responsible for cost of any added tickets. No refunds for reductions will apply.
  • Additional tickets must be paid for at time of reservation if less than 30 days to show date.
  • Orders placed less than 60 days out – BOCES purchase orders must be faxed to Proctors ASAP and must be received prior to show date.
