Pretty Much the Best Comedy Show, Upstate New York’s longest-running independent comedy showcase, welcomes Pete Bladel
to Proctors 8 p.m. Saturday, September 22. Pete Bladel started doing stand-up in Washington DC shortly after college and moved to New York a few years later, with a brief detour working one summer as a roadie for a friend’s pop-rock band (It’s a long story).
Recently, Pete appeared on Sirius XM’s comedy compilation album “The Check Spot,” which is now available on all audio streaming services. Throughout his career, he’s performed in amazing venues like The Kennedy Center, The DC Improv, Caroline’s On Broadway, and the UCB Theatre. He’s worked with some killer comics, including Dave Attell, Amy Schumer, John Mulaney, and Michael Che. Finally, he was also featured in an episode of truTV’s “Billy On The Street” in the role he was always destined to play, “Bro.”
Pretty Much The Best Comedy Show includes a host, feature act, and a guest comedians, providing nearly two hours of entertainment at the Capital region’s premier alternative comedy room.
