Chris Harvey is a Troy based multimedia artist working with found objects to create new impressions of authentic value. In the retinal reward occurs an elevation from the discarded to the revered. Drawing on the traditional impulse to arrange and adorn, the senses are harnessed toward meaning. Aspiration is born, the mundane is transformed, and born again.
