The physical and mental stress begins to take a toll on the ragged perfectionist, forcing him to decide if his hedonistic lifestyle and breathless work schedule are worth risking his life for.  Rated R for a scene involving heart surgery, Drug Content, Sexuality, and some language.  123 minutes.
