This Christmas make the most of your funnybone by coming to see two of the funniest comedians to ever come out of Central New York.
Moody McCarthy, a Syracuse native who was recently featured on the Late Show with David Letterman and previously on Jimmy Kimmel Live, comes to Schenectady for One Night of Comedy.
He brings with him, Schenectady born, Dan Frigolette, who's successes have come from creating the Hoboken Comedy Festival, and recently headlining one of New York's legendary comedy clubs Caroline's on Broadway. Son of Ann and John Frigolette who graduated from Linton High School (now Schenectady High) and were married at St. Anthony's, Daniel's roots come from Schenectady.
While Frigolette was raised in Syracuse, Schenectady has been near and dear to his heart. Daniel's Grandfather Caesar Bucci graduated himself and his brother Eugene Bucci from Union College and they both acquired jobs at General Electric, where Caesar worked for decades before retiring just down the road. His cousin Anthony Bucci continues the Union College legacy as a public safety officer at the school. His other Grandfather Dick Frigolette spent his career in insurance, with an office on Schenectady's State street for many years.
A child of Schenectady, Frigolette is proud to come back this Christmas to entertain family and friends at the Historic Proctors. He hopes to make a splash this year, for his first performance in Schenectady ever with the anticipation of creating an annual Christmas Comedy Show.
