Pretty Much the Best Comedy Show: Shane Torres

Headlining the July 30 Pretty Much the Best Comedy Show at Proctors is Shane Torres – a stand up comedian and writer from NYC, who was born in Texas, but started comedy in Portland, Oregon. 

Shane appeared on TBS’s CONAN earlier this year, and has been on IFC's Comedy Bang Bang, NBC's Last Comic Standing, and Ron White's Comedy Salute to the Troops on CMT. 
He has performed as part of the prestigious Montreal Just For Laugh’s Comedy Festival, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Bumbershoot Music and Arts Festival, Laughing Skull Festival, Accidental Comedy Festival, Brooklyn Comedy Festival, and many more.
Shane has contributed writing to several publications including The Portland Mercury, Laughspin, Nailed Magazine, and he is the host and creator of the popular podcast/radio show Help Wanted.

Pretty Much the Best Comedy Show includes a feature act, a host, and a guest comedian to make up nearly 2 hours of comedy entertainment at Proctors Underground stage.

Patrons are encouraged to buy tickets in advance to guarantee seating at the show.
