The Tragically Hip: LONG TIME RUNNING

Friday, November 17, 2017, 7:00 pm

In the summer of 2016, five musicians showed us what it means to be strong together. LONG TIME RUNNING is the story of The Tragically Hip's last concert tour and the shocking news that the band’s charismatic leader Gord Downie was diagnosed with brain cancer.  The diagnosis and prognosis did not even remotely suggest the possibility of an ambitious arena tour for Canada’s most popular band. Packed with thrilling concert footage and interviews with Downie, his bandmates, family and friends, LONG TIME RUNNING follows the improbable, courageous and inspiring journey of a tour which happened through sheer force of will, determination and grace.  Not Rated.  97 minutes.
