Get employees, club members, clients or friends together for a special night at the Theatre, or use group discounts to raise funds for your non-profit organization. What Makes A Group?
Use ingenuity to form a group. If you have at least 20 people, you can receive
a group discount. A group can be:
- Employees and customers
- Students - Language, History, Dance, Music
- Choirs or youth organizations
- Families
- Friends
- Motorcoach tours
- Senior citizens
- Ethnic or religious group fundraisers
Discounts
- Receive 10% discount off regular ticket price for groups of 20 to 49.
- Receive 20% discount off regular ticket price for groups of 50 or more.
- Complimentary tickets are often provided for group leaders.
- Special extra discounts and free tickets are offered to groups throughout the season. Call for details, or visit the Special Events page to find special offers.
Payment
Final count and payment is not due until 3 weeks prior to the show date. Until then, you can make changes or cancel your reservation.
Special Services
- Assistance with restaurant and/or hotel arrangements.
- Promotional assistance.
- Availability of facilities for pre- or post-show parties, receptions, presentations, and fundraisers.
- Assistance with seating for wheelchairs and other special needs, and devices for the hearing impaired.
- Special group customer offerings and surprises throughout the season.
