SCHENECTADY, NY---On Thursday, September 6, tickets to the individual shows in the 2007-2008 season will be on-sale to the general public. Tickets may
be purchased on line at proctors.org, by phone at 518-346-6204, or at Proctors Box Office, which will be open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm weekdays and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
On September 6, Proctors members and patrons will receive, via mail and newspaper insertion, the newly printed brochure listing all shows from
September through December, plus any additions or changes. Additional brochures will be available upon request.
Since Proctors announced their 2007-2008 season, the Southern jam band, Gov't Mule, and stand up comedian, Sinbad, have been added to the schedule
and will perform on October 7 and October 18 respectively.
Some of the other shows Proctors will be presenting in the 2007-2008 season are: The Drowsy Chaperone, Monty Python's Spamalot, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,
and Movin' Out (all in the Key Private Bank Broadway Series); Clint Black; Wait Wait Don't Tell Me!; Blast!; Love, Janis; The Boston Pops; plus two
operas, modern dance, as well as holiday shows, family shows and world music shows. Visit Proctors website at proctors.org for the most up to date information and a complete listing of all shows.
Patrons may also purchase a subscription series (5 or more shows) to be eligible to receive a subscription discount of 10% on most shows (* some restrictions apply).
Benefits are offered to all Proctors members such as: VIP seating, discounts on shows throughout the year, advanced notice of new shows, free movie
passes, complementary tickets to selected shows, the opportunity to exchange tickets up to 2 hours before a show and the elimination of exchange fees

Currently, Proctors is completing the expansion project, which includes the construction of the new 436-seat GE THEATRE/iwerks EXTREME SCREEN wide format film theatre, the new Box Office, new business offices, retail space and The Muddy Cup Cafe, all located in the former Carl Company building.
Proctors grand re-opening festivities for all of the new spaces are scheduled for September 30 from 1:00 pm 6:00 pm. The public is invited to
attend.
