SCHENECTADY, NY--- As part of the Summer Adventures at Proctors Program, Missoula Children’s Theatre will be holding auditions for casting in this year’s production, Robin Hood. Children ages 6-18 are welcome to audition.
Auditions are scheduled for Monday, July 28 from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. at the Mainstage at Proctors.
Tuition for this program is $80. This will include two performance tickets the public performances. Payment is not due until after cast in the production.
Once cast rehearsals will take place July 29, 2008 – July 31, 2008 from 10 A.M. – 3 P.M. There will be two public performances, August 1, 2008 at 1pm and August 2, 2008 at 3 P.M. Tickets are $6 for children and $8 for adults.
The internationally acclaimed touring company Missoula Children’s Theater will cast 60 children to perform in “Robin Hood.” Participants will spend a week of rehearsal refining acting skills and learning new ones. The week will conclude with a full-scale musical production on the Mainstage at Proctors.
No advance preparation is required for auditions. Students will be asked to both speak and sing for group auditions. Wear comfortable clothing and SMILE!
