Upstairs at 440 is a 100-seat acoustic performance space located at the 440 Arts Center on State Street. Part of Proctors, this space will be available for rentals for dance recitals, smaller graduations, cabaret performances and company meetings. It will also be host to a new series of intimate, regionally exclusive theatre performances.
