
Classic Theatre Guild, Inc. is established exclusively for the advancement of education in the theatre arts through, among other things, the production of contemporary and classical plays. The Guild also works to strengthen theatre arts, support emerging playwrights, encourage education in the Arts, present a diverse array of topics, and encourage persons to enter acting by promoting the benefits of dramatic entertainment to educational institutions and to the general public.

Based on the 1962 novel, this play tells the story of one man defying authority to bring change to a mental institution. Instead of going to prison, Randle Patrick McMurphy elects to check in to a mental ward, and there he meets “Chief” Bromden and other patients who unknowingly inspire him to revolt against the tyrannical Nurse Ratched.
