Fresh from NBC’s hit show The Sing-Off are the University of Rochester YellowJackets, an all-male collegiate a cappella group whose trademark bright yellow blazers pale in comparison to their talent.
Known for catering to an audience with eclectic interests, they sing arrangements of everything from old-school "Doo-wop" to contemporary chart toppers.
The YellowJackets recently travelled to Kenya as part of a service trip where they had the opportunity to share their western music and incorporate some of the African styles into their repertoire. A documentary capturing their experience is set to be released this coming summer along with an album they recorded with a school choir in Maseno, Kenya.
This outstanding group will be performing hits from the past five decades in their signature style.
