Who's Who in Spamalot

STEVE McCOY (King Arthur) is happy to be a part of the Spamalot family. Steve starred in the national tour of Man of La Mancha and is a veteran of 6 more tours (performing in every state in the USA) including 42nd Street, Oliver, The Will Rogers Follies, and the European tours of Oklahoma! and My Fair Lady. He had the great pleasure of working on a Jerry Herman tribute in Los Angeles with theatre legends Carol Channing and Angela Lansbury. Favorite regional credits include Curtains (Frank Choffe), Grey Gardens (George Gould Strong), La Cage (George) and the title role in The Farnsworth Invention. Thanks to his old friends at Phoenix and, as always, this is for the loves of his life, Matt and the boys.
CAROLINE BOWMAN (Lady of the Lake) is making her national touring debut. She is elated to be performing in her third Phoenix production. Previous credits include the China tour of FAME - The Musical (Carmen Diaz) and the Istanbul, Turkey production of Grease (Rizzo). Other credits include: Smokey Joes Cafe (Patti), Romance, Romance (Josephine/Monica) and A Man of No Importance (Adele). Thanks to Phoenix Entertainment for getting her career up and running! GLENN GIRON (Patsey) is a native of Santa Fe, New Mexico and attended the University of Oklahoma for two years. He is thrilled to make his touring debut in such a fun and exciting show! Credits include: Mungojerrie in Cats (Arizona Broadway Theater), Sugar (Westchester Broadway Theater), Swing!, The Who's Tommy, and Seven Brides... (Lyric Theater of Oklahoma). New York: Gotta Dance and The Nutcracker Rated R. He would like to thank his family for all the love and support they give him! He owes all his success to you!
ADAM GRABAU (Sir Lancelot) is a lifelong resident of central Maryland and has been featured at multiple regional theatres in the Baltimore/DC area. Favorite credits include: Oklahoma! (Jud Fry), Beauty and the Beast (Gaston), The Producers (Franz Liebkind), Noises Off (Lloyd), and Les Miserables (Grantaire/Bamatabois). He recently returned from three months in eastern China where he appeared in Phoenix’s international tour of FAME - The Musical. He holds two degrees in Theatre Performance and Arts Administration from the Maryland Distinguished Arts Scholars Program.
JACOB L. SMITH (Sir Dennis Galahad, Concorde) Originally from Cedar Falls, Iowa, Jake is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. Most recently, he performed in the 2010 Broadway Rising Stars concert at Town Hall in New York. Other New York credits include Paint Your Wagon (Mike Mooney) and Silk Stockings (Peter Boroff) and toured as The Man of Many Hats for ArtsPower’s From The Mixed-Up Files.... He would like to thank Sara, Mom and Dad, his “A’s” and of course, Big Guns upstairs.
MATT BAN (Sir Bedevere, u/s King Arthur) is thrilled to be touring with Spamalot, one of his favorite shows of all time. Matt earned a BA in Theatre from Wagner College in New York City and has worked all over the country since his graduation in 2009. Favorite roles: Little Shop of Horrors (The Dentist), The Drowsy Chaperone (Aldolpho), Kiss Me Kate (Gangster#2), Fiddler on the Roof (Mendel), The Full Monty (Harold),and Buddy: The Buddy Holly  Story (The Big Bopper). Thanks to his wonderful family for their love and support, especially Monica. Much love to Erin.
MARTIN GLYER (Sir Robin). Growing up in a home where Monty Python was a quotable staple, Martin has been training for this practically since birth. Recent credits include: Getting Even With Shakespeare (Hamlet), The Snow Queen (Troll), and Woody Allen’s Play it Again, Sam (Allan). Thanks to his friends and family for their constant support and love. To the owl outside his window who woke him up early for this audition, thank you.
JOHN GARRY (Not Dead Fred, Prince Herbert) is elated to be joining the cast of Spamalot! A native of Forestburgh, New York, John recently graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in Musical Theatre. Favorite credits include Beauty and the Beast (Lefou), Oklahoma! (Will Parker), and The Way of the World (Witwoud), among others. To my incomparable family, friends, and teachers – SO much love!
THOMAS DEMARCUS (Historian, Brother Maynard, Minstrel) Nat’l Tour: The Pajama Game (Hines). NYC: Iowa ‘08 (Vineyard Theatre); Eggs (Provincetown Playhouse); For the Love of Miss Bishop (Algonquin). Other: How to Succeed, Little Shop of Horrors, The Glass Menagerie and the short film "Gravy Train". Thomas is also one-third of the creative team behind the acclaimed web-series “30/2010”. He has never appeared on “Law & Order”, his favorite color is blue, and he loves bookshops. For Mom, Dad, Forrest and TDLMFKVMUD.
STEPHEN CERF (Ensemble, u/s Sir Lancelot) is thrilled to be a part of this Spamalot cast! Credits include: Gypsy, Fiddler on the Roof, Les Miserables, Joseph…Dreamcoat, West Side Story and Angels. Stephen has performed as a soloist with the Boston Pops, and has toured internationally as a singer/dancer. He studied Musical Theater at the Boston Conservatory, and would like to thank his family for their love and support.
JENNIFER CORDINER (Ensemble) thanks Mom and Dad for putting their clumsy daughter in ballet class! Since then she has performed as a Ra- dio City Rockette. National Tours: Joseph...(Wife), Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (Liza); Regional: The Producers (Ensemble) and Anything Goes (Charity). Jen holds a BA in English from Rutgers University and has appeared on “Gossip Girl”, "Cashmere Mafia" and "Law and Order". Love to family and friends and here’s to a fabulous run!
CARL DRAPER (Ensemble) is so thrilled to be part of this production. Regional Credits include shows with the Pittsburgh CLO, West Virginia Public Theater, Chicago Comedy Company, Jersey Productions and Interlakes Theater. Recent Graduate of CCM. MELISSA DENISE LOPEZ (Ensemble) is excited to be in Spamalot for her first national tour. She hails from Miami, FL but now resides in New York City. Graduate of AMDA-New York. Regional credits: FanDance, The Producers, Will Rogers Follies and La Cage Aux Folles; Film: When in Rome, The Regular & Chance Encounter. Love to my family and Mommy you are still my hero!
SHAUN PATRICK MOE (Ensemble, u/s Sir Galahad) is excited to be touring again, on his 3rd national tour! He’s been seen on tour with Oklahoma! (Slim, u/s Will Parker) and Crazy for You (Moose). Favorite roles: 42nd Street (Billy Lawlor), Chicago (Billy Flynn), I Love You...Change (Man #1) and Beauty and the Beast (Gaston). Shaun dedicates his performance to his parents for their endless support, and to Susan. Love to Mike, Shannon, Brian, Mark, and Lawren.
LINDA NEEL (Ensemble) is thrilled to be a part of Spamalot! Linda has been dancing on both coasts performing in many musicals including Singin’ in the Rain, Meet Me in St. Louis, The Producers, and a brief stint in Istanbul, Turkey with Grease. Linda is a proud alumnus of the Circle in the Square Theatre School and sends much love to her ever sup- portive group of family and friends.
JEFFREY SHANKLE (Ensemble, u/s Sir Robin) has toured in Phoenix Entertainment’s 2007-08 national tour of Gypsy (Pastey, Dance Captain) and performed for Disney Creative Entertainment in Twice Charmed (Original Cast/Cast Recording) on the Disney Magic. Washington DC area credits include: Sweeney Todd (Anthony), The Producers (Leo Bloom) Hairspray (Corny Collins), Crazy for You, (Bobby Child), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Jimmy Smith), George M! (George M. Cohan), Oklahoma! (Will Parker), Plaid Tidings (Sparky) and My Way - The Music of Frank Sinatra.
KeLEEN SNOWGREN (Ensemble, u/s Lady of the Lake), a Yankee Texan, is thrilled to be a part of Spamalot. National Tours: The Will Rogers Follies (Z’s Favorite), The Producers, and is honored to have performed in the final touring company of Hairspray as “Lou Ann” Social Chair. Favorite regional credits: Beauty and the Beast (Babette), Cabaret (Texas) and Das Barbecue. KeLeen would like to thank her family for continually supporting her through her crazy adventures. I love you all more than words can say!
TARA SWEENEY (Ensemble) is thrilled to be a part of the National Tour of Spamalot! A native of Kansas City, MO, Tara is a classically trained ballet dancer with a passion for musical theatre. Favorite previous credits include: Guys and Dolls (Havana Specialty), European tour of Phantom of the Opera (Jeanne), Cats (Rumpleteazer), Steel Pier (Precious McGuire), Grease (Marty), and West Side Story (Velma). So much love to Mom and Dad.
MICHAEL WARRELL (Ensemble, u/s Patsey) is excited to be a part of this fantastically funny and endearing show! Favorite credits include FAME - The Musical (International tour), Grease (Istanbul), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (North Shore, Benjamin), Urinetown (Bobby Strong), Love’s Labour’s Lost (Boyet), Lippa’s The Wild Party (Oscar), and Songs for a New World (Man 1). He graduated in May ‘09 from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s in musical theatre.
JESSICA WOCKENFUSS (Ensemble) is thrilled to be a part of Spamalot! Recent credits include: Holland America Cruise Line, Stiletto Entertainment; Theatre By the Sea- A Chorus Line, Hello, Dolly!, The Producers, George M!, Evita. Other credits: “Wild Country,” Hershey Park; Elon University- A Chorus Line, Cabaret, West Side Story, Carousel, The Cherry Orchard. Maryland native, proud Elon ‘09 graduate and BTP Alum.
