Ticketing Information and Policies
CHECK YOUR TICKETS carefully for the correct date, time and seat location. Tickets by Proctors is not responsible for errors not reported within 24 hours of receipt.
EVERY PERSON, REGARDLESS OF AGE, MUST HAVE A TICKET to be admitted to a performance. (NO EXCEPTIONS). A ticket is a revocable license valid only for the event and seat printed on it. Management may, without refund, revoke this license or refuse admission for unlawful sale, attempted resale, or for disorderly conduct.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Events, dates and times are subject to change. No retroactive discounts will be permitted. Patrons who choose not to attend a performance, despite adverse weather conditions, will not be eligible for ticket refunds or credit.
LATECOMERS MAY NOT BE ADMITTED INTO THE THEATRE ONCE THE PERFORMANCE HAS BEGUN, OR MAY NOT BE SEATED AT ALL. At the request of the show’s producers, latecomers may be seated at a suitable break in the performance, in the rear of the theatre, or at intermission.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT: Proctors prides itself on offering a diverse selection of arts entertainment. Not all productions may appeal to, or be appropriate for, every person or for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the shows we offer in order to make informed decisions.
GIFT CERTIFICATES are redeemable at the Box Office (in person, over the phone and online) and our Gift Shops, but cannot be used at our concessions or bars.
SERVICES FOR THE DISABLED: To best assist patrons with special needs (wheelchairs, hearing devices, assistance dogs, visual impairments, etc.), please contact the Box Office at 518•346•6204 or email email@example.com and describe the need(s) at the time of purchase.
DOCTORS AND PATRONS ON CALL: Please leave your pager or cell phone with a house manager along with your seat location. You will be alerted if you are called.
CAMERAS, AUDIO, VISUAL RECORDING EQUIPMENT, including cell phone cameras, are strictly prohibited inside the theatre.
