If you have ordered tickets 10 days or more prior to a show, you should receive them in the mail. If you've ordered within 10 days of a show, you may pick up your tickets at WILL CALL/PAID RESERVATIONS located in the arcade across from the Parker Inn lounge.
Proctors Ticket Policies
Every individual, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend an event at Proctors .
FEES:Per ticket/order convenience fees vary in price and depend on how your ticket order was placed:
- by Phone:$3.00 per ticket (not to exceed $15.00)
- $2.00 per gift certificate
- $1.25 per order
- by Mail, Fax or Web $6.00 per order
- at the Box Office: No per ticket or per order fees.
Tickets purchased on the Internet less than an hour before the event start time will be printed upon your arrival at Proctors Box Office reserved "Will Call" window.
Movies & School Day ticket orders placed over the phone or via fax or by mail are charged $2.00 in place of the above fees.
Should your ticket(s) need to be reprinted, there will be a $2.00 per ticket fee charged (not to exceed $10.00)
PLEASE CHECK YOUR TICKETS CAREFULLY FOR THE CORRECT DATE, TIME & SEAT LOCATION.
Proctors is not responsible for errors not reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Exchanges must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the performance. In order to make an exchange, the Box Office must have the physical tickets in hand. An exchange fee of $3.50 per ticket will be charged (not to exceed $14.00). Subscribers and Members at the $75+ level may exchange tickets up to 2 hours prior to the performance. Subscribers and Members at the $150+ level are exempt from exchange fees.
For events not included in the Key Private Bank Broadway Series, tickets may be exchanged for another Proctor’s event (subject to availability) or a gift certificate. Some restrictions may apply.
Tickets purchased for the Key Private Bank Broadway Series Events are a final sale and are non-refundable. Tickets can only be exchanged for another performance of the same show and are subject to availability.
Subscribers and Members at the $75+ level may exchange tickets up to 2 hours prior to the performance. Subscribers and Members at the $150+ level are exempt from exchange fees.
LATE SEATING will be done at the discretion of the House Management. Frequently, the show¹s touring management or performers
instruct latecomers be seated at a specific break in the performance and in the rear of the theatre.
NO REFUNDS: The only time a refund will be offered is when a performance has been cancelled.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: If a performance takes place, despite adverse weather conditions, Proctors will not issue refunds or
exchanges to patrons who do not attend.
