Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are also open until a half hour after curtain on any day an event is scheduled. Call us at (518) 346-6204, or email us at boxoffice@proctors.org if you have any questions.
If you have ordered traditional tickets 10 days or more prior to a show, you should receive them in the mail. If you've ordered within 10 days of a show, you may pick up your traditional tickets at WILL CALL/PAID RESERVATIONS located at the Box Office.
Proctors Ticket Policies
PLEASE CHECK YOUR TICKETS CAREFULLY FOR THE CORRECT DATE, TIME AND SEAT LOCATION.
Proctors is not responsible for errors not reported within 24 hours of receipt. Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to be admitted to a performance. One ticket per person. One person per seat. NO REFUNDS.
The only time a refund will be offered is if a performance is cancelled. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: If the performance takes place, despite adverse weather conditions, Proctors will not give refunds to customers unable to use tickets.
Members, Key Private Bank Broadway Series Subscribers and Frequent Buyers please check your benefits regarding exchanges and fees.
KEY PRIVATE BANK BROADWAY SERIES tickets are a final sale. They may be exchanged for another performance of the same show (subject to availability). FREQUENT BUYERS* may exchange tickets up to 2 hours prior to the event with an exchange fee. Tickets not included in the Key Private Bank Broadway Series may be exchanged for another Proctors presented event (subject to availability and some restrictions may apply) or a gift certificate.
* Frequent Buyers are patrons who purchase 5 or more (qualifying) performances.
PROMOTIONS AND GROUP DISCOUNTS have restrictions making the ticket purchase a final sale and exchanges prohibited. LATECOMERS will not be seated until a suitable break in the performance and may be required, at the request of the show’s producers, to be seated in the rear of the theatre.
GIFT CERTIFICATES may be redeemed at the box office or over the phone. To apply Gift Certificates towards online orders, please call the box office for assistance. Gift certificates are not redeemable at our bars or concessions.
SERVICES FOR THE DISABLED To best assist patrons with special needs, it is helpful to have the special needs described to the customer service agent at the time of purchase. Should your ticket(s) be reprinted, there will be a $2.00 per ticket fee charged (not to exceed $10). There is a $2.00 per order charge on movies and school days ticket orders placed by phone, fax or mail in place of the above fees.
