We did it! We raised over $30 million to expand the Proctor’s stage for blockbuster Broadway (and lots of other big shows!), revitalized the adjacent building into a conference center with the 435 seat GE Theatre as the centerpiece and created a 100 seat intimate theatre for local productions just down the Street at 4440 State Street.

Proctors is now officially a performing arts center with 100’s of performances each year and a wonderful place for meetings and conferences.

And, like the initial rescue of the Theatre from the wrecking ball, the community working together to support this incredible asset did it. We could not have done it without your help.

Special Opportunities

EDZ Tax Credit
Tax credits are still available for donations of $5,000 or more to the campaign. The New York State Empire Developoment Zone (EDZ) gives a 25% tax credit, over and above normal IRS and NYS tax deductibility, on the New York State Income Tax. Some restrictions apply.
