Public events at Proctors, Capital Repertory Theatre and Universal Preservation Hall have been postponed due to state and federal restrictions on public gatherings. To protect our community’s health, we are extending this temporary closure through June 30. The full list of impacted shows is below for your reference.
If your performance has been rescheduled, your tickets will be good for the new date. You only need to contact us if you cannot attend.
If your performance has been postponed, please hold tight. We are working hard on rescheduling these performances. We will contact you when we have more information.
If your performance has been cancelled, the value of your tickets has been turned into Collaborative Credit on your Tickets by Proctors account.
Please contact our Box Office at 518.346.6204 with any questions.
As a non-profit institution, we rely on both ticket sales and donations to cover annual operating costs. While canceling and postponing is important for the health of our patrons, staff, and volunteers, it creates a significant loss for the institution. You can be our ticket hero today:
- Be patient with us – keep your rescheduled or postponed tickets
- Be hopeful with us – keep and use your Collaborative Credit in the future
- Be committed with us – in lieu of a refund, donate your paid tickets value or take it as a Collaborative Credit
Help the performing arts inspire and enrich our community and join us in our 20-21 season as a ticket hero. As a ticket hero, you will receive a Ticket Hero Card (mailed out at the beginning of our season) for 10% off events, classes, food and drink and merchandise.
We recognize that these are challenging times for many of you and are committed to providing flexibility to meet your needs.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
This is just an intermission.
We love you. We miss you. We will be back.
