1964 was a critical year in Beatles history. After being ignored by Capitol Records in America, the Beatles finally broke through, releasing several hit singles and albums and making a triumphant debut on the Ed Sullivan Show. Later that year, they created the groundbreaking film, A Hard Day’s Night, for which Lennon and McCartney wrote some of their best songs to date.

Join renowned producer, composer and Deconstructing the Beatles series creator Scott Freiman for hist latest Deconstructing the Beatles lecture, Deconstructing A Hard Day’s Night. Scott will share the stories behind the 1964 Beatles along with a track-by-track look at the songs of A Hard Day’s Night, including “Can’t Buy Me Love,” “And I Love Her,” and the title track. As usual, Scott will be sharing rare audio, video, and photos of the Beatles.

About Scott Freiman

Scott Freiman is a composer, a musician, and a software entrepreneur. Mr. Freiman is the CEO of Qwire, which creates collaborative cloud-based software that addresses significant problems with music licensing and cue sheet reporting for film and television. Scott is the creator of Deconstructing The Beatles, a series of multimedia presentations about the composition and production techniques of the Fab FourMr. Freiman has presented his lectures to sold out audiences throughout North America at theaters, museums and corporations, such as PixarGoogle, and Facebook. Scott has also lectured at colleges and universities and has taught a 13-part course at Yale University entitled The Beatles in The Studio.
