Schenectady Symphony Orchestra “A Celebration of Two Great Heroes”

On February 6th The Schenectady Symphony will honor two great heroes, Abraham Lincoln in Aaron Copland’s “A Lincoln Portrait” with a special guest narrator,  and Martin Luther in Mendelssohn’s “Reformation” symphony. In addition, we’ll honor the legacy of the Voyager missions of NASA in a world premiere that Artistic Director, Glen Cortese has composed to celebrate the satellites’ more than 43 years in space!
