Q) What is the running time for HAMILTON:
Running time is 2 hours and 45 minutes including intermission.

Q) Is the original Broadway Cast performing in the tour?
The Proctors production of HAMILTON is part of the national tour and features the nationally touring cast. Q) Is there an age restriction for HAMILTON?
HAMILTON is appropriate for ages 10+ since there is some strong language. Every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Q) How do I protect my tickets?
Physical tickets to HAMILTON will not be available until closer to the performance. Once tickets become available to purchasers, protect your investment. Each ticket has a one-of-a-kind barcode. Sharing this bar code online can compromise your tickets. Do not share a photo of the barcode on your HAMILTON tickets with anyone – especially on social media. Keep them in a safe place. #CoverTheCode. 

Q) How do I avoid scammers?
Proctors.org and the Box Office at Proctors (518) 346-6204 are the only OFFICIAL TICKET PROVIDERS for events at Proctors. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are often greatly inflated in price. They may be stolen, counterfeit or invalid and may not be honored. Tickets purchased from other sources are not eligible for replacement if tickets are lost or stolen, or if the event is canceled or rescheduled. Q) Will there be Open Caption, Audio Described, and ASL Performances?
Yes. The ASL performance will be Sunday, March 19 at 2pm.

Q) Are Group Sales available for HAMILTON?

Q) Is there a ticket limit?
There is a strict limit of eight (8) tickets per account. After all available tickets are sold, all of the online purchases will be reviewed. Any and all purchases found violating the HAMILTON ticket policy will be canceled without further consideration.

Q) Are there any discounts available?
There are no discounts for any tickets for HAMILTON.

Q) Can I get on a Waiting List for tickets?
There is no waiting list for HAMILTON tickets.

Q) Will there be a lottery?
There will be a lottery for forty (40) $10 Orchestra seats for all performances. Details will be announced closer to the engagement.

Q) What if I need to exchange or refund my tickets?
There will be no exchanges or refunds for any ticket purchased for Hamilton. This includes subscribers and donors. There will be no exceptions. 

In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons:

  • Proctors is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to sell tickets to identified ticket brokers and scalpers.
  • We reserve the right to revoke any tickets sold to identified ticket brokers and scalpers. Anyone holding a revoked ticket will not be allowed in the theatre.

A) HAMILTON is the story of America’s Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and was the new nation’s first Treasury Secretary. Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B, and Broadway. HAMILTON is the story of America then, as told by America now.

With book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire, HAMILTON is based on Ron Chernow’s biography of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton.

A) To combat scalping, printed tickets and e-tickets for HAMILTON will be available for printing or pick-up:

  • Saturday March 11 at 10:00 a.m. for performances March 14 – 19
  • Saturday March 18 at 10:00 a.m. for performances March 21 – 26
