How do I renew my subscription?

What if I don’t want all the shows in my series?
Check out our Opt-Out benefit. You can Opt-Out of one show per subscription and use that credit towards another show. Out of town or uninterested in more than one show per series? We recommend contacting the Box Office to gift the second show to friends or family. That way you keep all your subscription benefits and take care of one of your holiday gifts early!

What if I’m not available for my scheduled performance?
Same show Exchanges are available for most shows up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. You can exchange into the best available seats and apply your paid original ticket credit towards the current value of your new tickets. VIP subscribers at theREP can exchange within the show all the way up through the performance time for shows at theREP. For full details, see the Exchanges section above. 

Why did I pay more for exchanging tickets? I thought there were no fees.
Subscribers don’t pay exchange fees. If you exchanged into a higher priced ticket, then you were charged the difference between your original ticket value and the new ticket value. Any eligible subscription discount will be applied to the new ticket value if available. New tickets can be a different price for a variety of reasons, including a change of performance date and time, a change of seating section or dynamic pricing (demand-based price changes). If you exchange into a cheaper ticket, we will give you a credit for the difference to be used for a future purchase.

How do I redeem my SixTix for tickets?
SixTix subscribers can redeem their six admissions per package to specific performance dates and seats at theREP starting with the Benefit Period on May 29th, 2018. The six (6) admissions per package can be redeemed all at once or over time and will be subject to seating availability at the time of redemption. At Proctors, you can redeem one SixTix admission towards one Hamilton ticket (in the second week of performances) immediately after subscribing. The maximum SixTix admission value will be applied to any Hamilton ticket of equal or lesser value. More expensive Hamilton tickets will incur additional charges beyond the SixTix admission value. If you would like more than one Hamilton ticket, then we suggest you get multiple SixTix subscriptions. To redeem, call the Box Office or login to your account online and go to “My Passes/Gift Certificates”.

What if I need more tickets to one of the subscription shows?
Subscribers at both Proctors and theREP can purchase Add-On Tickets to subscription shows before those events go on sale to the general public. For full details, see the Add-On Tickets section above. Please note that your additional tickets will be subject to the same exchange benefits as subscription tickets. Please note that there are no Hamilton add-ons available at this time.

What if I miss my performance?
We cannot refund or exchange missed performance tickets unless you are a VIP subscriber at theREP. If you are a VIP subscriber, we will book you complimentary future tickets for the same show in best available. To get the best seats, however, we strongly recommend that you call the Box Office as soon as possible if you think you will not be able to attend your scheduled performance.

What happened to my Early Bird benefit at theREP?
There’s no Early Bird benefit this season, but don’t worry – you’ll still get complimentary access to the NEXT ACT! New Play Summit with your Try Me benefit. We will contact you directly with more details in the spring of 2018.

How do I get more Hamilton tickets?
There are NO add-on tickets available for Hamilton at this time. Based on Hamilton’s popularity, we strongly recommend you buy as many subscriptions as you want Hamilton tickets. This will be the only way we can guarantee you seats to the show.

Why are the Hamilton dates different for Proctors and theREP subscribers?
Hamilton runs for two weeks. Proctors subscription week is the first week of performances and theREP subscription week is the second week of performances. This is one of the ways we can offer great seats to all our subscribers. At this time, there are no exchanges available for Hamilton, so please make every effort to pick a day within your subscription week that works for you. If an exchange opportunity becomes available, we will contact all subscribers directly with details.

What’s the Signature Series at theREP?
Our Signature Series is one of three special performances within each show at theREP: Opening Night, Chef’s Table and Behind-the-Scenes. There is a pre or post-show special event with complimentary food available to all attendees on those performances.

Are there Group Sales for Hamilton?
Unfortunately there are no group sales for Hamilton.  For more information on Group Services click here.

What is my last day to opt-out of a show?
The last day to opt-out of a show is August 15, 2018.
